My experience goes beyond mortgage lending. I'm also an active real estate investor, rental property owner, and home remodeler. Our team completes approximately one home renovation every six weeks, giving me firsthand experience with the challenges buyers and Realtors can encounter when purchasing properties that need repairs.

I especially enjoy helping buyers explore opportunities they may have otherwise overlooked, including bank-owned properties and homes needing renovation through programs such as FHA 203(k) and Fannie Mae HomeStyle®.
